Graduate Student Admission Application Results and Final Registration Procedures (2026-2027 Fall)
Dear Candidates,
Principal and substitute candidates who are entitled to final registration in the programs of our Institute shall register online through the Application System within the announced dates. The documents uploaded to the System during the application process shall be utilized for final registration; no separate submission of documents shall be required during the final registration stage.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS !!!!!
►You may verify your education information obtained from the YÖKSİS database through the E-Government (E-Devlet) portal.
►However, if our students are currently enrolled in any higher education program—excluding Non-Thesis Master's, Bachelor's, and Associate Degree programs—they will not be able to execute their final registration procedures in the system. As the data of the candidates entitled to final registration will be transferred to YÖKSİS upon their registration, enrolling in another higher education institution will only be possible by withdrawing their registration.
►Candidates who have applied to master's programs via the "Not Yet Graduated" option and have been entitled to final registration cannot complete their final registration if they fail to meet the graduation requirement within the final registration dates. In cases where candidates have graduated but their graduation status has not yet been transferred to YÖKSİS, they must contact their respective faculties to ensure that the necessary updates are processed in YÖKSİS. Following the registration procedures of the main candidates, the registration procedures of the substitute candidates will commence in accordance with their order on the lists. You may review the details regarding the calculation of the results under the heading 'Evaluation and Announcement of Results'.
Registration Processes of Substitute Candidates: Following the registration procedures of the main candidates, the first list of candidates entitled to register from the substitute pool will be announced in accordance with the order on the lists to fill the remaining vacant quotas, based on the schedule specified below. In the event that there are candidates who fail to register within the period designated for the first substitutes, a second list of candidates entitled to register from the substitute pool will be announced to the extent of the remaining vacant quotas.
